A genealogy SaaS with subscriptions and a scattered backlog.
Did
Used AI to find why users never reached the subscription, and designed a new UI. 150+ customer interviews and a 149-respondent survey → launched Familio Disk, a family-archive add-on to the subscription. Clustered 193 backlog cards and 368 support requests with an LLM into one priority list. Shipped AI features: person matching and document organization.
Result
Revenue doubled in 9 months.
